Black Pepper Flavored Flower of Salt
What its creator, Ilanga Nature says about this fleur de sel:
“Existing in a natural version, produced naturally by the action of the wind on sea water, fleur de sel is recognizable by those fine white crystals that the waves of evaporated water leave on the edges of the marshes. The villagers collect them in order to put them to dry in the sun. Once well wrung out, the flower of salt is mixed with black pepper, so that together they take on the appearance of a unique condiment and inseparable from each other. This is why Fleur de Sel au Poivre Noir is a magical spice. Two condiments, two flavors, one success Adding a grain of salt at the end of cooking is a healthier habit to adopt. Many dieticians recommend it. On the other hand, when the fleur de sel appears, you can’t do without it. Melting, soft and tasty, it is actually preferred to the classic grey salt. Fleur de sel flavored with pepper has thus become the star in the kitchen. Besides salt, pepper is one of the most used spices. While fleur de sel is rich in nutrients such as minerals, pepper is rich in antioxidants and vitamins. Together, they work wonders in the kitchen and do the same for your health. For meats, seafood or vegetables, one will sprinkle this spice before tasting.”

Bourbon vanilla (pods)
What its producer, Ilanga Nature says about this vanilla:
“It is on the eastern coast of Madagascar, concentrated on the coast along Sambava and Manakara, that the most powerful and widespread of vanillas grows. Fruit of a plant of the orchid family, Bourbon vanilla feeds on the gentle heat of the sun, rain and high humidity to exhale all its sweet fragrance.
Its dark brown to black color and its fleshy and flexible pods give it a very powerful smell. This unique vanilla develops aromas of prune and cocoa that will delight your taste buds.
Highly sought after for its fruity aromas, these Madagascar vanilla beans are of exceptional quality and will bring an exotic touch to all your dishes.
To use it, it is necessary, most often, to open the pod on the direction of the length and to withdraw the tiny black grains from it to incorporate them directly into the recipe. It will deliciously flavor your preparations, both sweet and savory, which will be beautifully decorated with its black seeds.Whole and flexible, the pods are kept away from air, heat and light.”
